I received this in response to my 'Dreamer Child' and was so touched by it I wanted to share it here. This is written by a very special person. I will forward all responses to the poet who penned it for me.

The armor and the sword, oh Lord
They’ll have no use today
A multitude of souls so brave
Come to aid you on your way

The loving glow from a million hearts
Is here to light the way
Of those who see through thin disguise
And have bent a knee to pray

Leagues you’ve run through waving grass
have woven strong the tie
Stout heart strings of  the hopeful stars
They shall not pass you by

Be unafraid oh dreamer child
Though on life’s rough hewn glassy ledge
Sweet blessings borne of actions past
Gently lift you now from fragile jagged edge

Chanti, this is so beautiful and so true. As a "dreamer child" myself, I have over the years seen my life come to this day, when my dreams have finally taken on ripe fruit. I still dream, but now for the man I wish I could call mine. May the Lord be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love, peace, & (((HUGS))), Barbie

"if I have to...Then I may as well be."

Both are seamlessly woven and are like a two-part song, a duet of hope and encouragement. Honesty and gentleness are irresistible and those whose words and actions in life remind others of the lives of angels reap an angel's response! :)) 'Tis but the law of reciprocation and whatever is given is amply returned. May you truly be blessed one-hundred fold for your gaciousness and kindness. You light up the Den. Bless you, Kate xx

This was absolutely perfect. Your responder has summed up life in a nutshell in four perfect verses. This is so smoothe and very well penned. May you both always be protected from that jagged edge.

Such a multitude of feelings throughout this poem. The path for goodness has been trod and the grasses of turmoil have been flattened for this dreamer child to run her life without fear. Very good.
