And best of all, it's free!

Or very low cost: buy a CD with ocean waves on it and it works just as well.

Since listening to it, I've slept every night, ALL night long (rare for me). :-)

Beautiful Haiku, Karla and I have used those tapes before for restless nights myself. I even worked in a dental office once where they used those tapes combined with hypnosis to relax extremely apprehensive patients. After a few visits no hypnosis was required, the patient went to that relaxed state just by listening to the sounds on the tape. I was amazed by the power of suggestion and its effect on the body and mind.
Take care,
Sherry

I love lisening to sound effects such as waves splashing, or raindrops falling, crickets chirping, or bird singing. I like the effect that nature has on relaxing my soul and my mind. Thanx for sharing Karla, this is very beautiful. May the Lord be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love, peace, & (((HUGS))), Barbie

Very nice Haiku, Karla=0). I don't have an ocean CD, but I have a floor fan that helps me sleep, lol...if I pretend REALLY hard, it kinda sounds like an ocean...or a floor fan. Take care =0).

I have listened to that to help me sleep when I had cancer. Sometimes it was hard. Aspirin is fine for those that can use it but I am one that can't. At night when I was alone and talking with the Lord I could go to sleep after realizing that he was there. Aspirin is good for your heart. And I like tylenol arthritis formula. Too much aspirin in system led to asthma but it is a life saver.
