Spun Spiner
A sweet and cleaver shortman
"the spoonfed crooner"
'Ad a bill from the state
for his spoon
they claimed he 'ad left on deposit
at his bank
without a rental fee
for as many years as
the sought their collection

And 'ad complained vigoursly
That he about lived under the table
In a mixup with the dirty hand
led him bank his spoon
fix his assets
lead, follow, win, lose
in all his intercourses
with only a limited small view
of his sum table wares and household
assets
visable or inspectable
at the playing table

A frustrated fellow
to have gather
such a suspicious moss

As his shares in every pot
Had a penny were in belonged only a thought
