He Shall Give To You

Everything becomes new again,
spring has opened her bosom to
release the beautiful lilac and lavender
scent of her earthly perfume.
The sun arises bright and warm
in the eastern sky…and I look
into the sunset of colour and dreams.
Surrealistic it seems, this view of
heaven ‘pon an eastern shore.
And, as we emerge from winters cocoon
of frost and icy snow, spirit knows that
warmth abounds in the spring of one’s
heart; we learn to impart and to share
of the wealth He has placed on the
inside of each temple that journeys
this mortal world.
Then, as spirit unfolds its wings
and learns to sing in this earthly place;
Grace enfolds you in God’s
beautiful and merciful love,
you will know peace…
for his beautiful white dove
shall sit upon your shoulder
and guide you on this path for
all of the days you shall live;
He shall give you this gift.
