Flaxen Beams of Colour

When moonlit reflections float
upon flaxen beams of colour
exuding whispers
of strange silhouettes
dancing across the forest
looking out yonder
into the darkness
the shadowed trees
where memories lie asleep
bathed in tranquillity
the sultry light of dawn
quietly steps
with the grace
and ease of a gazelle
and ever so tenderly,
plants butterfly kisses
upon the form of beauty
and the sleeping wisdom,
beckoning it to wake,
and in silence;
to follow…
from darkness,
into the light
to reawaken the senses
and fulfil,
the honey laden thoughts
and let them linger sweetly
and ever so temptingly…
on the lips of love.

“Ali, Mere hamsafar,
Mujhe tumse pyar hai bahut Sanam.
Mere dard ko mitao, tum mere meet ho.
Bin tere kuch nahin hai… Elga”
