They call me mad. They say i have no right to toss words like salads-- garnished with seasonings of tears and emotion, sprinkled with perfect rhyme and a dash of meter to bring out the flavor--
And they call me drunk. They sadly shake their heads as they watch me stumble-- tripping over dangling part i ci ples and my pen, slipping in ink puddles left from yesterday's pain 'til i'm soaked to the skin--
They say i'm naive. They say my dreams and hopes should not be placed in words-- but words are an escape words allow me to fly to new heights of wonder i discover myself rising above it all--
and i am not afraid.

| Go, Karla!! Enjoy the adrenalin rush and KNOW that he who dares wins... have to quote good old Browning again: "Ah, but a man's reach exceed his grasp or what's a heaven for?"... you take us - and yourself! - there, Lady! Write on: this is a glorious lift-off. Nothing to be afraid of, girl! :)) TY Kate xx |

| You, my dear, have been on the fast-track to greatness ever since you got back from that vacation. What happened down there? Did you sell your soul to the devil for the price of stardom? LOL Just kidding about that, but you are en-ter-gized!!! |
