Yoga

Yoga only asks
that I be still.
And when I am still
I am
unambigiously
here.

The breath,
the breath
that measures
my life
in automatic
becomes
conscious.

There are sounds.
There is energy.
There is color
and clarity
to see color.
Beauty.
Regret.
Destruction.
Dust.

There is
silence.

Very good. I practiced yoga for a short time and this is a very good write on it. :)
