Words...never are just words.

The Den

To those, to all, to everyone in the den,

I just wanted to take this moment in time to say,

You will always to me, be considered friend.

For you have shared so much with me in the written word.

You have brought me much joy, and enlightened my dark days

You have listened to my cries in the night and given me a chance to be heard.

You have even taken the time to read and reply to the lines,

which have poured freely from the depths of my heart.

My thanks go out to all, to everyone for everything.

Therefore, may all that is good and all that is right

from your lives and dreams never part.

For these are just a few of the things that I wished to say,

As I ponder the somber events that have come my way.

Yet, understand this, even as I pen these little words

I will not leave here unless I find not the means to stay.

Yet nevertheless,

to you all in the den….

YOU ARE THE BEST

May your words always come to you with ease,

May your muse always thrive

And your days be filled with words so wise.

May you always…always know

how great it is to be alive.

Allen, I can hardly compose my thoughts after reading this... You have been a great light in a city of lights here at the den to me. Shine brightly wherever you are wherever you go.
