Night Dreamer

Life must go on
The wind does not sleep
Too many windows
The world is at a breaking point
The gnawing pain from no input
But the sun continues to come up at dawn.

There is an element of unease in this poem to which I can well relate. Thank you, Helen. Love and peace. Regis
