i'm writing as fast as i can -
i'm sorry it's not fast enough
it isn't easy with a cast -

(reams of paper were slidin so
rapidly under my hands, i
panicked - my pen couldn't keep up -
and so i touched my finger to
the conveyer belt of poems
to slow it down it down a little bit
and was dragged the machine -
it chewed me up and spit me out
spinnin ink all over the shop
and all my Muse could do was laugh)

i need a restraining order -
this frenetic pace she's been on
is gonna be the death of me

Lol Karla, I was find unplugging the machine helps...she's not so bad, I'd say your muse realises your potential only too well. She sure makes you produce some outstanding work.

She sure is a hard task-master, the little Minx!! Like most of us women, perhaps, I have to admit it can seem a little like "all or nothing" sometimes! LOVE the kooky relationship you have with your Boss, Karla!! She's good to you - and you to her, though, with the stuff that she "dictates" to your fingers. Mine is dyslexic, actually, and my fingers are left-handed, so can you imagine the time it takes to write and correct all my reviews????!!! LOL Kate xx

Master Poet Karla Dorman, the World's Lady of Lights, you've made me smile, and hunger for the feeling of being You.

Muse will never kill, she loves you, and through you others, too much. She knows your capacity for life will not fail Her self, or Yourself.

Always, with respect, I remain your student.
