Paint the horror of evil
it is them, not us
we pure, holy, chosen
they evil incarnate.
Meanwhile, understand
the fear of dogs
as a potent tool
for interreorgation.
Start from the top
down the chain of command
with instructions for
the use of dogs
At the same time start
the cover up, if needed
down the chain of command
as this must not get out.
Plan carefully
to have the dogs
discontinue and dissappear
during the victory cheering.
Should it happen that
the use of dogs
becoms public
too soon
Blame it on
an errant eightball
outfit while quickly
courtmartialing an E-4 or less.
Announce the destruction
and complete rebuilding
of Abu Ghraib
with a new name
Explain we never
actually gave a detainee
to unleashed dogs-
voters are sure to believe you.

| Oh, my yes, please, pretty please, do not harm or humiliate the sewer rats who want to kill everything that can get their hands on that is non-fundamental Muslim, especially the great Satan, America. We just need to "understand" them. Balderdash! |
