If we wait around for it to be made,
We might not get paid.
Days start off slow or fast,
depending on the spell cast.
The spell in my brain,
starts my day good even in the rain.
That's what a rain coats for,
to catch water in a down pore.
At times the coat gets soaked,
like hands on a neck choked.
Breathing becomes real tight,
dark visions try to block sight.
My mind focuses on play,
inside I hear a voice say,
"I feel like crap."
Some days this is no mishap.
Guess I've got to make this day,
or keep feeling like the voice say.
