Sometimes we take for granted
The gifts we overlook
The beauty of a flower
And old snapshot we took
A majestic mountain
What a scene to behold
Or a hot cup of coffee
When you are tired and cold

These are HIS gifts..

Gifts aren't always wrapped
In ribbon's of red
It can be in a beautiful prayer
Someone has said
It can be a colorful rainbow
Or the song of a dove
It could be in the gentle wind
God sends His love

These are HIS gifts..

Every morning we wake up
To a brand new day
He puts the world at our feet
Yet, we look the other way
He gives us air to breathe
Strength to stand up and walk
Every day is a miracle
That we can see, hear and talk

These are HIS gifts...
