Bound by the laws of nature, and around we go....

Unexpected change brings forth light

and dark lingers behind us;

winter now sleeps...

Tasting the sweetness of fresh fruit,

while basking in the summer sun;

where spring has brought new ideas.

Twists and turns upon paved city alleys

and tree lined paths;

sudden death...a joyful birth;

the future of fall is nearby.

We hope, and play, and work, and dream

in nature's seasons.

I love this - and the eagle, too! It brings to mind how we must accept everything as it comes, as life changes, as surely as the seasons. And you put it all so beautifully. Thank you!

Very Natural.
That is the way of a true poet/writer.
It says much with few words.
Many Blessings,

True. We are bound by the laws of nature but, apparently, we need not be. I just haven't figured out how to "get beyond" this worldly stuff. Nice work, Monika. Love and peace to you. Regis
