Other lives…

Did you ever wonder?

If in other lives you did wander,

Maybe I was a Nazi tearing Europe asunder,

Could I have been a part of burying all those Jews the ground under…?

Or was I a Roman conqueror?

Jews and Christians alike I would have enslaved,

Could I have been one of those that was quite depraved,

Or again could I have been the one that was a bit more behaved…

Was I a Spanish conquistador?

Killing Inca’s & Mayans so poor,

Did I destroy a civilization that knew of mankinds past lure?

Without that destruction, could they still now endure…?

This life I am paying back my debt,

For all the bad things I did that I now regret,

Wish I do that I do never find out, in this life let me forget,

All the things I did do in the present life that could my karma upset…
