Surely it isn't surprising,
what lingers on loves horizon.
Many years have taught,
many times I've been caught.
Love has bloomed,
mistreated and doomed.

I know what's in the sunrise,
got no doubt of the sunset.
Still the horizon is the key,
I know love is for me.
Nothing worthwhile
comes free,
But I wish not to fall
from the tree.

Many times the ground
has came up,
quite abit loves
went corrupt.
I've corrupted some,
others have helped
 love numb.
I have no regrets in
whole or part,
love will always be
in this heart.
