Few words this week inspired by a photo of my children some time ago. Is this a haiku? It doesn't matter. Kids matter.

Cherry Blossom Day (haiku?)

Cherry blossom snow
Delight innocent childhood
On an April day

You have such adorably cute kids Regis. What a lovely photo and poem to go along with it. I've never actually experienced cherry blossom petals snowing down on me. I have a feeling it is an incredible experience. You made me smile with this poem. Thank you for sharing it.

I believe this would be considered a Classical Haiku as it refers to both nature and human nature, but I could certainly be wrong. In any event, I experienced this very "cherry blossom snow" this morning as it floated in a soft morning breeze on this beautiful April day. Lovely! ~Love and hugs, Elizabeth
