"But A Dream"

In darkened night
Those pale lips sing
Pale as the moonlight upon the shore
That voice of beauty… within a song
Like waves on a lonely shore
Now hear the voice call gently
Where do I belong?
Cold wind touch the lonely cheek
She cry… how lonely will I die she ask
How long will she deny the fact…
That his love… was only a silent act
Lonely pool on this windy shore
Pale moon cries no more
Now the voice of beauty
Rise upon the shore
A lonely cry…
Like the howling wind
Upon this silvery shore
Her dreams of hope
In darkened night
Like waves
Just rolled to shore
While pale lips sing
I love You
