Being nurturing and somewhat nietzschian can be interesting sometimes.

you say that you want someone nice
ask me for some good advice
just how do you break the ice
they kiss you once but never twice

break your heart and steal your joy
play you like a broken toy
con you with an age old ploy
want to love but just annoy

and i fold my Palmolived hands
i look like a young lady but inside i'm an old man

i rub my soul's beard
and i shake my head
some words to save your life
but i fear you're already dead

i've lived in my day
and now it's time to play
i say what i say
but you do what you want anyway

i've lived for a dream
and found my own home team
and the world doesn't seem
so mean
to me

i'm lucky to be alive
i lived past the age of five
i didn't get all for which i'd strive
but i never took a dive

so i fold my scarred but manicured hands
i look like a young lady but inside i'm an old man

i rub my soul's beard
and i shake my body's big round ass
you might not want it
but you weren't asked

i've lived in my day
and now's my turn to play
i say all i say
just in case someone might see things my way

give what i give
and ask nothing of life
but to live

just to live
and before i go
to have the chance to give

a shoulder for the brave to cry on
a friend for the loyal to rely on
a short trip for the trippy to zion
a face for the funny to pie on
a hand for the strong armed to hold on
a road to the rolling to roll on

i can take it
i just don't take any haters' sh...wow it's hot isn't it?

i live for the day
i let my children play
i say what i say
but give them room to learn it their own way

cause your own way
is the only way to play

if you play another's way
your life
is what you pay

True - life is how you play indeed! Life is what you make out of it. Good one, Kthulah!

God bless,

Sandie.
