Silent Love

“Silent Love”

A whirl - wind

Started from an ashen heap
It passed through my womanly heart
While I was relaxed almost asleep
The whirl - wind of love lifted me high
I collided with the one from afar
I have not chosen for myself
I have been chosen for
By my womanly heart
What frightens me most
Is the pulling of that needle
Weaving “You” within my heart
In the heart of my lover
I have written a letter too
For “You”…

Who I walk my dream path each day
I have written a two - cornered letter in the sand
“The hearts are two”
“But the love is one”
I am not speaking
It’s my heart that’s speaks for me
I am not saying praises
The love within me praises
Deep in my heart rests this heavy rock
The rock that’s melting like butter
This love held me and shook me
This love
Pushed me forward
No longer able to resist
Blindness has left my eyes
I have become aware
Of who you really are
I try to resist your anger
Fighting for your love only
Not asking anything from anyone
Let me be caught and trained
And broken in by your love
To resist
The pain life left

Within!!

Tinka, it is a beautiful poem, but I am worried a little about your wanting to be caught, trained and broken in. ~ Sara

Tink if they had to attach a name to romantic poetry yours would be the first one I would think of. You are the mistress of the heart and your words touch on all those who love.
