this one is written in a different
style from the rest of what I write .
please ...what do you think?

Blazing heat of the summerís midst,

sight dimming holding on for as

long as thereís hope then thereís winning!

Vicious cycle of defeat and exhaust ,

repetitiously increasing the odds

repeat at all cost, no chance of

succeeding insanities cause;

heading for dangerous terrain with all

lost and almost nothing true remains;

blindly racing toward any gain would

be ill gotten , but keeping up the game!

Running alone at night

in a strange dark place without light,

stunning the current of life to feel at least itís fright!

No more , nothingís left ; nothing to give or to get!

Living beyond the first of many deaths , all is done

there is only breath because every part is numb and

the price is worsened now because there was more to

lose than you knew somehow!

Freezing cold winterís chill to the bone and

even the spirit is affectedly ill,

after all this time thereís such sickness still!

Snow is falling and part of you so minute answers the calling;

another part of life in the coldest night ,

a chance , but just a tiny frozen glance that all might

just be all right.

Spring rain , dark and gloomy day what does it matter anyway?

Walking out in the rain your tears mingle with the water

falling on your face,

there is way back and a fuzzy picture of that place;

what you feel is the path and the release will trace

the lines to it and help you find ,...youíre praying

itís your mind, heart and spirit untited;

thereís hope ....fight!

On another blazing summer day,

the heat pounding down and every part of you

thirsts and again you pray and a memory of the grey

life beyond the grave a space you occupied and from

which you were delivered .....you were saved!

You never lost you hope when all else you gave away.

You mightíve even died , but today youíre back here in

the heat on another blistering day, but youíre very much

alive, you survived; itís going to be okay!

You bow your head and you pray , you know the one who

calls you home and now you know the way!

The end
