Almost every night I wake up startled
as if experiencing a nightmare.
I Sense bad juju all around me.
Fearing I am in the wrong bed
I look out across the room
and reach through the sheets.
Then I realize it isnít a dream,
the nightmare is real.
You see, this isnít the bed
I should be sharing with you

|I didn't expect that ending, Sara--powerful and too true for many. A sobering write--effectively and dynamically penned--well done!
