|The final stanza is so powerful, Peter... has all the penetration of diminishing footsteps, somehow. I wonder how many keys lie imprinted in our hearts and souls of which each is the only means to unlock doors of meaning that make us the people we are today? Ooo, I can feel a poem coming on somewhere... thank you for this inspiration! See, you only have to reappear and "things happen!" So glad to see you here again and, as all have said, you are still wielding the poet's all-powerful pen. This one lingers. TY Kate xx|
