The Gorgeous days and stormy nights

I just wrote this rather quickly too,
but I really hope you guys can appreciate these simple pieces of mine.

After revising all your ways in a retrospective haze,

I can’t recall when you stood and when

You went away;

There was the clarity of blue and better days;

Then the stormiest of torments weathered;

Did we make it through together anyway,

can you speak of this will you ever

Say?

Did you tare yourself then from me

If I had you tethered how did you escape and are you finally free?

Sure now you can tell me for what difference

Can this to you make?!

There were times of trials and tribulations,

And for as it lasted we hadn’t any relations;

And then graceful bliss serene,

You remained with me for as long as

All was in the season of warmth and green;

All was like as if I were in a dream,

But not only was it not a made up scene,

Now I remember the changes that you

Maneuvered in your evil schemes!

If I look and my sight is showing,

me the truth,

As my eyes get accustomed to;

I focus on the proof ,

Then I see you still not knowing;

of the Seeds we’d sown ;

Even as they were growing.

Toward the sky they grew and now their

Minds higher up are still going!

Yes that’s why you are present now,

Because the sun shines and

The sky’s no clouds;

You’ve always only been a fair weather friend

No doubting that now!

How ever , this might make you pout ,

But after all these years the least I

Can do for you is look out!

they say there’s to be yet another

Change in the weather,

I’m afraid it won’t be for the better;

Since I know that you now must leave,

Will you be coming back here

Will you say , can you ever?

Farewell my wife and mother of my children

Grown,

I thought I’d not make it all those years alone;

But instead , knowledge has filled my head,

And I’ve become quite strong,

There is no place in me for grudges or regret,

Now you’d really should moving out

Farewell….now get!

The End

I enjoyed the reading of "Fair weathered Wife or Friend".
This poem is rich in contents, and sings with a wise Voice.

And I’ve become quite strong,
There is no place in me for grudges or regret,

A truly sage philosophy and way to view one's future, Rich.
