Who says you have to mourn?
|
When I die, I want you to dress me in a vibrant red! Black's boring; it's time to get sassy and change things, instead of the same.
When I die, no sad dirges played - I want a second line! Get on your feet and lead me to my rest with steps so fine, we'll have fun.
When I die, I forbid you to remember me with tears! I want you to laugh and sing and shout! For I am not here, suffering.
When I die, remember me by doing something for you. Make a wish and just go for it, something you'd like to do, just for me.
(c) 2005, Karla Dorman.

Dear Karla,
Although beautifully written, you had me in tears and choked up, I would much rather shout now Karla, and shout so loudly for your suffering to go away. :(
Warm hugs and much love

| O Death where is your sting, when Karla robs you of every last threat!? Good for you, Karla, but the chances are you will have to have to keep this pinned somewhere where it can't be missed cos I'm sure your joie de vivre will cause you to outrun most of us in the longevity stakes... and it will give me plenty of time to consider: "What IS that very special thing that I'd like to do, just to celebrate Karla, Lady of Light"? Hmmm... now THAT will take some thinking about! Bless you, and a nice coda to your beautifu Bouquet yesterday. Kate xx |

When you die, if this is how you feel,
We will have a parade, forget that red dress,
We will all do it in the nude, won't that be real...? ED |

Karla my dear sister your pen always brings forth what you keep in your heart. I can't believe that you have any wish to die now. I don't think you are serious about this. We love you sister we can't think of your death. We can only think of the happy life you should be leading.
Thanks
