We all hav e a mother of an idea inside waiting to be birthed. Here's mine.

A Mother of an Idea

              By

      Bill Cottringer

A watermelonís in my mouth

Ready to explode;

A mother of an idea

That demands to be birthed.

Itís not that remarkable,

But has profound simplicity;

Not a unique invention,

Just an appealing memory.

The mother of an idea

Is to see and beó

See more clearly

And be much better.

Face my demons

And feed my angels;

Stop the war of opposites

By creative compromise.

Accept what feels loving and right,

And gradually dismiss the rest;

Building positive support

And avoiding negative drain.

Then I can see and beó

See my purpose

And be my best

In living this life vision.

Seeing how to help others

Have the same memory,

So they can see and be

Their own life vision.
