Peace through the Write

Find your light,
Follow it in times of blight,
If your creator is the way to go,
Then be one with it and enjoy the flow...

Our society does create grief,

Some find solace in their belief,

I however do in the write find relief,

Allowing my stress to be stolen by an outside thief…

We write what we feel,

From our experiences we write to heal,

Sometimes our writes don’t to others appeal,

Those may be the times we write most surreal…

I do my best with humor,

Though Nature was where I started,

Philosophy too may be my forte,

Either way for the most part I write for PEACE…

Sometimes though something does “get my goat”,

Upset and anxious I do become, voicing this in the write,

Maybe I should use my tongue and throat,

Voicing my displeasure as well in vote…

In this time of possible apocalypse,

Our written word may become all we have,

This is the time to find peace in that write,

When all of us and everyone will be one in the same plight…

Oh, how you speak your mind, yet deliver it with sensitivity and always open for response of any sort. You do that well, Eddie M.

Did you write the 4 lines at the very top? It's very touching... rhyme and reason. katy xox p.s. I join Andy in wishing Eddie K success and most of all, thanks for what he's doing. He's an example for us all who care.

hey ed, seems like we're in the same mood, but with different words and ways of expression, down to earth write, right on time
