Traveled we did,

Sometimes I almost blew my lid,

Driving the new Jeep,

Yeah, I think of it I will keep…

So long in the drivers seat,

I feel like raw meat,

My butt so sore,

I am worn down to my core…

Pennsylvania, Ohio, & Kentucky,

Two days I stayed awake, most lucky,

No rain, just beautiful warmth and sunshine,

Both they did combine,

To make our trip south and west mostly divine…

On the return, through Kentucky & the Virginia’s,

Up and down long flowing hills,

No fall foliage as of yet, the trees still green,

The scene was so overly serene,

Had to get back before that of Halloween…

Love the hills of Virginia, so scenic and breathtaking. Sometimes I do not sleep well either when traveling. Lots of mind and anxiety appears. Love to travel though. This is an exotic write in my mind.
