Sorry...couldn't resist. TRASK, I treasure your contributions, but hang on to thy temper and turn thy cheek... (don't know which one)

if God was to comment, i wonder what He would say to all the bickering?
i was put in my place by my wise grandfather, i was arrogant about the church i had become affiliated. "no one else was going to heaven, cept us'ns"
any day he and i were in a heated discussion about doctrine and dogma...he finally put a close on the conversation and asked me to take him to the market. mind you, at the time i lived out in the middle of the mojave desert. on our way back, my grandfather asked me if we could take a short i cut down another dirt path leading to my back door. he asked me how many ways there were to get to my house..i counted off atleast a half dozen..his reply taught me the true and enless meaning of humility...."Krissy, do you not think that our Father in heaven has prepared us in the same way...there are many roads that lead to his house...some are bumpy..some are clouded...some are straight and narrow...but as long as we have His home (our home) in our sights...we'll get there". Our common ground, is belief in Him..
hugs and love

I don't really know what your problem is. I have tried to be patient with you and to understand you but to no avail. I will leave you in your hatred and name calling and accusations. But I am praying for you. Maybe someday you will begin to be tolerant to children of light. Maybe someday you will see the light.
