Picked a lock or two with the right tool,

Starting a car with two wires was cool,

Screwdriver to turn the steering wheel,

How I once did cars steal…

Muled some drugs from the Big Apple,

Out to a certain steel city,

In the western end of an accompanying state,

Such was an experience that would have led to an uncertain fate…

Any number of things done while quite young,

Thought I was being cool and having fun,

Finally prison did end my youthful reign,

Three years in a cell, taught me to be more sane…

You've done very well with a subject most of us would just as soon block out of our minds. Excellent work.

I'm glad you learned Ed, many do not, so I'd say you are ahead of the game. Perhaps your father made more of an impression than you realize. You took after him in poetry too...;-) Now, you have Rufuz to keep you straight! woof woof!;-)
