I wrote this just as i do all.
truth and Imspiration.

Night falls days rise and the illusion that life ends

is a lie

your present need you bodyís grave

God speed the spiritual plain

deep inside my soul

requests are made

the beauty I need another gave

and the passion I want covets the same

the fire I am has a twin flame

now I cling tightly to my faith and

in the name of truth is the light air of you

I hope again that love will shine in my eyes and permeate

the coat to shield the cold to soak me in your gold

revive my heart and senses real

your naked body to mine reveal

why deny what I feel

treasure freely given

no one can steal!

The best things in life donít have to be such a big deal!

Rich, you're right... all in the simple pleasures, the free flowing, the given without expectation, the open hearted.

It can take forever for us to be introduced to the "real me", but when it happens, how companionable it can feel... like suddenly growing into a well-loved face or skin. It is wonderful if it takes us by solitary surprise... but even more enjoyable when it happens through the coming into contact with a twin flame. People can do this for us, but surely an encounter with God is the ultimate, who knows us perfectly in all our DNA, past present and future. Beautiful diction, wonderful thoughts and unique concepts... unhampered and unashamedly free "to be me - and worth it!" L'Oreal should be knocking on your door any day now - get a load of that golden sheen! :)) LOL Kate xx

I waited a couple of days to review The Best of life. My aim was to experience another couple of days in the best of my life before I gave an opinion. This poem reflects an emotional climate of honesty and trust. The Best of life is a place big enough to grow in, small enough of a poem to begin to know, a place where I don't feel lost in a crowd. Rich, thanks for this personal refreshment and renewal. This is a significant poem to a fuller discovery of life and its twin flame.

Some people have accused me of being "too honest" and thus getting into trouble. Well, I don't plan to change any time soon. Great message, Rich. Love and peace.
