Part of the thought for this poem came from Jude's comment on my poem "Fractal Geometry"

We are blown hither and yon
Our lifetimes written on the wind
To eventually be collected into
One cohesive body of love

Where we will maintiain individuality
Being breezes,zephyrs,mistrals,
Similar to all the other types of winds
For humanity is like all of nature

It is Created, with the breath of life
Just as vegetation and animals are
All from the glorious breath of "I Am"
Miraculously  becoming "we are"

Ashes and dust is picked up by wind
Recycled blown back into the universe
Everything that lives becomes renewed
When the wind stops, so do we

To become loves glory in a new environment

I'll comment on "fractal" and this one as my review to the former got lost when my connection was interrupted... both poems are incredibly rich, Eileen, full of soul-central questions and themes. I particulary love the exploration of individuality and the collective whole. "When the wind stops, so do we." -- can't put into words how this stirred me right now. excellent writing! Dawn

After reading Jude's comments I now know why I'll never be an intellectual, and I had so hoped I could have journeyed up that fickle mountain. Loved your poem.
