Slipped on ice, Back out, Pain killer taken, Muscle relaxer times twice, Believe me for I am not fake in� Slept the day away, Can�t for the life of me say, What happened today, Though through my tears I can convey, Such more than you can believe this dismay� Hopefully tomorrow my pain does alleviate, I can barely now see let alone up sit, Sleep I must, the pain unbearable, Hope this pain so far so terrible, Is in some way, somehow just a bit repairable� � ed ~ 12/10/05

out ice on for on intervals of 20 minutes ... ice can cause pain but it sure can relieve it ...

Ed, I really do feel for you with the back and all. I hope that you will recover soon and return fit and strong like the cypress. Besides...if you lived down here in the old wet south...you would not have had any ice except for what goes in your tea...really, hope you get better. Allen
