A Christmas Wish
Christmas can be a magical time,
filled with the spirit of freely giving,
consuming the heart, soul, and mind,
with the wondrous mystery of living.
Coming in the coldest part of the year,
a time to reflect upon Our Saviorís birth,
thanking God, we shed a solemn tear,
sacrifices made for us on this earth.
A joyous season that gives us hope,
the strengths to live a life thatís fine,
filled with the tools we need to cope,
beneath the heavens and sky of blue.
Christmas is the season for sharing,
with family and friends there to love,
a time to think of others and be caring,
and reflect upon our Lord up above.
Those sharing, evil will not befall,
hoping youíll find love with a kiss,
wishing Merry Christmas to all,
and to Jesus a Birthday wish.

|This is such a well-written, and beautiful poem. It is so true that Christmas is a magical time. It reminds me of all of the Christmases that I reflected on my life (Christmas does that to me). I tend to call friends that I have not seen in a while, and I usually try to mend relationships that need to be mended. Christmas in my favorite holiday, and that is why your poem really touched my heart. Beautiful!|

|Wonderful uplifting poem! The kind that portrays Christmas
the way it is supposed to be. Our Savior's birthday is ours
to celebrate and give thanks for being so blessed!
Thank you! Merry Christmas!
