| Another good write. Trusting only yourself, doesn't mean you have to cut everyone else out of your life, it can just mean you rely(Sp?) on yourself first. |

Excellent write, Peter. Incredible pic also! The message in this write is astounding. We can rely on no one but ourselves to get us through this world. In the end we all stand alone.

| Trusting solely oneself is not the same as entire self-reliance or a lack of co-dependence; it speaks to me of being accountable only to oneself at the end of the day, living by the mistakes you have made and the successes you have wrought as products of your own involvement, founded in God. I like this strong poem of personal sovreignty, though, throughout all of life, we may seek to interact and exchange with others. TY Kate xx |

I trust the rock paintings and early cave art. Because humankind's most powerful animal imagery suggests a deep felt relationship with the animal world. Good friendships come in earth pigments, the colors of ochre, yellow, red, violet, and black. Some of the rock paintings are depicted with wounds. Through rock paintings, I have learned to mark territorial boundaries and shapeshift, two qualities of intuition and to learn the art of following my heart. Peter, this is a powerful stretch of terrain that suggests we use our primitivism across vast track in the path of time.

Peter,
Sad to say, but you've penned truth...the only true source we can lean on is God. We can't even trust ourselves...excellent write.

In some ways, this is sad, Peter. I do find it full of wisdom, however. Thank you for sharing this gift. Love and peace to you.

Depend on your own intuition at all times
Other people have their own hidden agendas
How very sadly true, especially these days it seems, Peter, and good advice for us all.
