Peace of mind is a ceremony which comes with trees, flowers, scents, and fruits and at the same time a given sound which we practice daily as meditation. In between, we listen to talks, receive guidance on spiritual matters, have some physical exercise and we progress with meditation geared toward peace of mind checked. Thanks for the mellow lines, Peter.

| There is a constant war waging in each of us and it is that peace of mind that we all crave. Bamboo trees in the pic are a pleasure to see. |

Your last line brought much into perspective. Humans, as does the forest, can offer comforting shade when needed and in the balance of hings, know when to let the sun shine through. I really liked this poem; very much, so.
