Saltwater and Sand

As I think about you
Sitting on white sand
The perfect lovemaking
Embraced by the wind
With the breaking of the waves
My pen writes you this verse
Many times I‘d look at the ocean
The wind sings our love song
The wind my sole companion
The stars and the moon so bright tonight
I take your hand warm and kind
And love lights up deep within my heart
And the sun and the sky
The ocean and the sand
Become you and I
Embraced by the howling wind
On a journey way up in the sky
On the path of sweet love
Floating along on the rhythm of sweet melodies
Breaking wave…brushes upon my body
Sitting Up!!
Amazed…all wet
The perfect lovemaking
With saltwater and sand
“Can’t a girl dream in peace?”

Multi-talented, you are; you illustrate poems in verse and in art. Magical, mysterious, yet hopeful...keep dreaming, keep writing, keep believing!

(((HUGS))), love and Merry Christmas, Karla.

Gotta love it! I agree, looks like the forces that be would let a girl do a little daydreaming without so rudely waking her.
