" When you love someone, you love them in sickness and in health and you will offer heartfelt prayers to make them well again. There is power in the prayers said for someone you love more than life itself. Try St. Jude."
.........................................................................
When the going gets tough, and it very often does
Have recourse to Saint Jude, he will always answer you
The Patron Saint of desperate cases, reach out to him now
When no one else will help, he will come on right through
Turn over your cares and worries to him
Trust him to answer all calls
The more the impossible the task, the easier he'll find it to do
Give your burdens to him, and he'll gladly solve them all
My mom descended into the grave, clutching his picture true
Thats how much blind faith, she entrusted unto him
So if you are in deep trouble, with no solution in sight
Pray to Saint Jude immediately, and consecrate yourself to him

Saint Jude is one whose aid is sought when all hope is lost, especially in grave health matters and life-and-death situations. It is customary to make a vow that if he helps when called upon, one will publish a notice of thanks in the newspaper. Thus there often appear in the Personals column of newspaper classified ads ex-votos to this effect. The typical wording is a terse, "Thank you, St. Jude." Each one of those notices represents a prayer that was answered by Saint Jude. Interesting post, Peter.

Thank you for sharing this. Some times we're surprised: Prayers are answered sooner than we expect.
