A poem about conquering the tougher times in life by trusting the support of our friends.

Two souls upon a mission
Came together on a path
Both in unique positions
Bound by a wretched wrath
Their burdens felt were plenty
Their trialed struggles great
But unlike that of many
They found they could relate.

The two leaned on each other
Through good times and through bad
They found strength in one another
When the days were tough and sad
And, together, they continued
Through indulgent faith and force
Toward an indecisive venue
Along the charted course.

The souls held something grander
Than the wretched wrath abound
On the pathway that meandered
Through the oft uncertain ground
For together, in their hardships
The two found peace within
In the blessing of their friendship
And the common ground they’d been.
