|Your words highlight your quote brilliantly and both speak like a clarion call to me in the here and now. Time invested in stopping to make honest assessment is never wasted... but sadly many feel themselves to be so hard-pressed that it seems easier just to press on with "what we already know" than to consider making much-needed adjustments. You are so right... we need to slow down in order to live sharper and faster. Personal sanctity and sovereignty are the two major pillars of having a healthy self-esteem, perhaps.
