Simplicity,

Asceticism,

Self-denial,

Self-restraint…

Nothing owned,

No one to bone,

For past deeds we must atone,

For future fantasies we realize we are alone…

Austere ,

Severe,

Of some I do revere,

No one do I live near…

I'll ask my pal the Jersey Devil to stop by and visit you for a New Year Cocktail. 11:45 PM tonight sound good?!

And thanks for your wonderful friendship this past year, too, Pal!

PS Jersey likes bourbon - straight up.
