This is superbly sound advice, Ron; and it is not unlike the theme that I tried to develop in my posting this week. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. Love and peace to you,

Only what we do for Christ will last. We can let things go with Christ being there and us having faith that he can do the impossible. I am a survivor of abuse by the hand o my adopted parents and i have been delivered from alcohol. my depressed days are gone because now I dont cry to people anymore because they dissapoint and God never does. i cry out to God now and he wipes the tears away and makes me feel so good. This joy that i have no pills and this world gave it to me.

Sometimes the sadness weights so heavy upon us and the self-doubt is so strong that we find ourself stuck down in an abandoned well, drowning in our own tears. We need to get a grip and pull ourselves out of the depths of funk that we have cast ourself into. Everyday is precious and to lose even one to self-pity is one that will never be given back to us. Very well written with an excellent lesson, Ron.
Take care,
