How I love the snow,

To play in it and bury myself when dad and I out go,

The biggest hassle though,

Is getting it off, shaking I do all over daddy,

What do I care this ain’t no freaking dog show…

I feel like a puppy,

When playing with dad I do,

Daddy laughs and throws snowballs,

Bet now he is glad he did not get a guppy…

Not long will it stay,

Much to my dismay,

Though dad will be happy when it melts away,

He hates seeing his car dirty,

The silver paint does look then like dark grey…

Miss the snow, although it did snow here Christmas of 04, still it isn't like the snow there or elsewhere. I lived on Long Island for quite awhile, got plenty there.

Makes me remember my dog who loved the snow as well :-) Throw ice but don't be surprised when Rufuz crunches it :-)

Tell Rufuz he is welcomed into my dreams. I could use some protection :-)

I only have had one dog who liked the snow the rest I had to drag outside and force them to stay out until they took care of business. My cat was intrigued by snow the first time she saw it, after that she preferred to stay inside. To this day, if I don't want her to fuss to go outside all I have to do is sprinkle flour or laundry soap outside the sliding glass door...one look and she goes back and lays down. Cute one Ruf!
Take care,
Sherry
