| Beautiful poem evocative of parenthood. The last four lines can be improved.Particularly the words "film" and "negatives" that have different connotations in various parts of the English-speaking world. More power to your pen, Chanti. |

| I like this expression Chanti, nice poem. As far as using "alone" in the ending of my poem goes, I thought about that when I wrote it, alone doesn't fit what I was expressing personally. You see back some years ago when I was hating family, friends and others I did feel gone because of how I felt at the time. Family and friends who owed me money and wouldn't pay up, along with the bad attitudes, I felt like hurting them. Anytime you hurt another person you're as good as gone, not alone. Assault and murder is jail time offenses. I never felt like killing no one but I did want to beat some butt. Difference in then and now is maturity, if we learn to be more loving and understanding with people we are a lot better off. One of my family members who still owes me money, now I just hug him every now and then because I feel better still loving him than trying to hurt him, which actually protects me. Love isn't always about the other person. I understand that he has problems probably worst than mine, so I back off instead of pushing. So I'll leave your suggestion and say thanks for the review |

Beautiful Chanti! Memories somehow are negatives
aren't they. Your love for your children though
is strong and will always be. |

AS always your poetry is precious cause it comes directly from your heart and expresses no only your feelings but a lot of the readers as well. As for the topic, those memories will come alive when you someday once again (perhaps a grandchild) in your loving arms.Sweet dreams Chanti and thinkin of you often...
