Forged in the fires of hell

Demons are fears
that torment us as
we let them,
tempting us to
deny the potential within.
Angels are loves
that carry us
toward our destination,
serving our will.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The crystal clear gold that
Makes up the kingdom of heaven
Is forged in the fiery pits of hell.
As all that exists is a collective,
Forming the divine,
Nothing can be denied.
It is when one denies and stands apart,
That they find themselves exiled,
Lost in a world where they must remember.
They find themselves tormented,
in one reality after another
that presents an opportunity to learn
That fiendish lesson,
Until it finally sinks in
and the way is shown
To rejoin the kingdom of God.
The gate was never locked,
we were never left behind.
We never really left, only denied
that we are there,
by fearing what is different
And believing our own lies
that it is something seperate,
instead of realizing it is all
a part of us.
very illuminating write...as above, so below, you reveal an ancient truth that shines beneath your words and promises eternity to those who heed your call...
The gate was never locked,
we were never left behind.
We never really left, only denied
that we are there,
Quite a powerful piece, Jessica.
This exemplifies the beauty and transcendence of Unconditional Love which was epitomised by the Blessed Redeemer on the Cross Jessica !
You have penned this outstanding composition with mellow acceptance
and gifted insight from above
I love the angelic being graphic perched on the window sill !
A penetrating exceptional esoteric philosophy that many would probably find difficult to embrace but which nevertheless rings with a lot of powerful truth for this reader. Thanks for sharing.
