According to some*, humankind experiences a spectacular Golden Age (Satya Yuga) of ascent which lasts some 4,800 years within a great 24,000 year Cycle of the Ages. We are currently some 5,696 years away from that celebrated epoch of supreme consciousness (wherein human use 100% of their brain and not the current 10%)and cosmic union... Fortunately, humanity has already endured the worst of this cycle during the darkness of AD 499 thru AD 1699, and is everso gradually returning to that time of Bliss. If true , the nature of human endurance is astonishing!

Dying drought-zapped rose
Compassion impaled bleeds
Age of Light must wait

*Terrific material on this subject is found in the works of B.G. Sidharth, W. Cruttenden, and N. Campion, to mention a just a few.

Dear Carolyn,

We are forever evolving... though not the 100% brain capacity, the 10% is certainly better than our ancestors.

Outstanding Ku Carolyn.

Out of the hell of Church-State imposed darkness the Renaissance flared to shed light --- enough so that among other things people of vision could write the U.S. Constitution, but now, that very light flutters with a very delicate balance, as Paul Williams reminds us. (A short trace up the "faith based initiative" trail will provide examples aplenty of backsliding into a church-state relationship) A very fine Ku, indeed, Carolyn.
Best regards,

Excellent 'ku, but tend to agree with George...if man would only open their hearts to Him Who is the Light.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

I hope your right Carolyn, unfortunately we are in a new age where the forces of light and dark are in a very delicate balance. Wonderful Ku.
