just saw the movie "Yes" with Joan Allen...I thoroughly enjoyed, the entire script was in poetic verse.

yes…..is the answer

as we hush all fears
and in stillness lay
watching the water
wash away
climate change and
season stretch
like the bark upon dog
and feline breath

asking not reason why
though we question self
and cock our heads
to the sound invisible
that beats inside
like symbols crash
rushing past
until it stills the mind

and the heart responds
in loves full gaze
long and deep
a blissful kiss
full and ripe upon
the lips because….
yes
is the answer
