The Sonnetina Uno is one of several forms in the Decastich family, which are any 10-lined poems.
The rules for this form are really quite simple.

1. A poem of ten (10) lines.
2. Iambic pentameter (five metrical feet-ten syllables.
3. Blank verse (no rhyming)

If I should have but just one wish to make
before night falls across my pebbly path,
I’d like to see my child walk tall and proud.
If all my needs, and there’s a sum of them,
should have to be forgone to favor one,
I wish for joy to make her spirit blithe;
no dark, twisty bends on the road she walks
but that makes five; I must only choose one.
Well then, I pray she keeps her eyes on God,
He heard me and I know He’ll grant all five.
