sadly things have not changed since you scribed these sage words, eileen. horrible conflicts engulf our beautiful planet; as one
hotspot "cools" another erupts...
when will "they" (ruling military-industrial elite) ever learn?

Must the past be repeated?
Sadly, it seems that it always is. History tells us that man, indeed, is a creature of war, and probably always will be until it eventually destroys us all. |

Eileen,
I've the feeling this war will carry on until our demise, but then I'm also almost sure that we won't go out alone. Things seem to be deteriorating before our very eyes, for those that choose to stand on the other side, refuse to see that things are the way they are because they are extremists being extreme. Religious finatics being fanatical. Over what now? Cartoons of all things! Just call me hardnosed I guess, but I just don't believe for a second that those cartoons have anything at all to do with anything...I believe again they are looking for something to raise their danders and that was the first thing that came up.
Crazy bullcrap..that's all it is. They don't want peace and if they had it they wouldn't know what to do with it. Terrorists terrorize...and peace won't gitter' dun.
Excellent write Eileen.

Quite a poem to ponder over Eileen,
most men live in denial,
until they almost face the jury trial.
Quite a few are evil,
easy targets for the devil.
But the world goes on,
with God's love acting upon.
Any who give up hope,
becomes the devils dope,
so goes their scope.

The apathy that abounds is frightening and the acceptance of responsibility for one's actions and words, becoming non-existant. Everyone seems to be blaming someone for everything and it is never themseves. What kind of a world do we leave to our children and grandchildren and what do we teach them by our actions? Excellent, in your face, write, Eileen.
Take care,

How very true, and very well said Eileen
You have the courage of your convictions as ever, and like the Old Testament Prophet of Old you call on the Lord to requit the injustices in our God Forsaken World !
Someone has to say it, and you never shirk your obligations
