You have taught me well. :)

Happy Valentine's Day to all who have ever graced my little corner of Author's Den with your presence.

In the arms of a Master,
I learn all about love
in its many forms:
in whispered passion,
in a tender embrace,
in a probing kiss
and blazing touch
that stoke the flames of desire.

In the words of a Master,
I learn all about love
in its many forms:
I feel its beating heart
speaking to mine
in rhythmic pulses
within my chest -
Reader and Poet have become one.

(c) 2006, Karla Dorman.
